FRIDAY THE 13th LEVEL: EXPERT
This week I have gotten the opportunity to review a new book that in my opinion any true horror fan will enjoy! I was introduced to 6 – 13 A Friday the 13th Trivia Book on Twitter by the author Gene DeRosa. This wonderful little book covers every Friday the 13th Film including the reboot and Freddy vs. Jason.
There are 51 trivia chapters including a timeline section and a kill index. I enjoyed the selection of questions and found many of them extremely hard although I have seen most of these films hundreds of times.
Questions range from easy (Who is Jason’s mother?) to knowledgeable (Which counselor had her head torn off in Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives!) to very difficult even for most ardent Friday the 13th fan (Which Jason actor portrayed various characters in the 1965-70 TV series, Daniel Boone?).
The forward was written by Ari Lehman the actor that played the young Jason in the very first Friday the 13th film. All of this in just 170 pages with very cool cover art! You think are the foremost expert on Friday the 13th? Put your money where your mouth is!

I’d also like to share a quick review of a horror short I watched this week. This 3 minute film is from Peter Dukes at Dreamseekers Productions. It tells the story of what seems to be a home invasion but turns out to be something else entirely. I must admit for being just 3 minutes it is a complete story and quite creepy.
